The present research tries to respond to the urgency, increasingly felt in the Italian school with a multicultural imprint, to identify an answer to one of the cardinal principles of education, namely that of hospitality.On the line of the School of Barbiana, taken up and also deepened by the SIPED conference held in Catania in 2014, the project proposed to give life to a new form of militant pedagogy.This term means the Beach Bag implementation of an experiment aimed at achieving the principle of "removing obstacles" mentioned in article 3 of the Italian Constitutional Charter, regardless of which it is impossible to implement real equality among future citizens.The reception of non-Italian-speaking students is the most critical challenge of today and future schools.The present laboratory on emotions was designed to help these students, but also their Italian peers, to understand their discomfort.
